Tecno Supply builds and exports the patented chain cleaner Speedy Cleaner all over Europe.

The idea upon which Speedy Cleaner was conceived and manufactured arises from the in-depth experience of Tecno Supply in the field of industrial painting.

Aware of the importance of periodical and effective maintenance of the conveyor chain, we designed a brush system that continuously cleans the chain, thereby solving the problem of grease drops, dirt and powder residues on painted parts.

Speedy Cleaner is welded directly onto the beam, standard enclosed track or double (e.g. power and free) conveyor. The chain moves continuously between the brushes, also during production.

The system acts not only on the chain, but also up to 10 cm beneath the conveyor, thereby acting on the base of the suspended trays, whose continuous cleaning ensures good operation of the hanging systems.
