AUTOMATIC GRIT - BLASTING CABINET IBS 20 - 40 - MULTI FOR THE INNER BLASTING OF FIRE - EXTINGUISHER CYLINDERS

DESCRIPTION
The machine consists of a main steel structural work coated with thermoplastic powder. Inside the booth there is a carousel conveyor; the 3 cylinders to blast are to be placed on it. By means of 3 actuators, 3 guns with special nozzles located at 3 different workstations get inside the cylinders to sandblast them. This is an automatic, 4-stage cycle- three shotblasting stages plus one blowing stage. Loading/unloading the cylinders is the only manual operation.

Each cylinder undergoes three internal sandblasting operations.
- Bottom sandblasting
- Cover sandblasting
- Body sandblasting
- 1 blowing operation
SANDBLASTING SYSTEM
The pressure sandblasting system consists of an IBIX 40 aluminium tank fitted with a multiple sandblasting valve that feeds the 3 sandblasting guns.
Pressure adjustment: from 2 bar to 7 bar.
Nozzles made of special material:
The abrasive material is recovered by means of a cyclone suction system.
